Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is hiring a Senior Executive - Production for its Digwal, TS facility. The role involves handling API unit operations, reactors, and drying equipment, with emphasis on GMP and batch documentation.

You will follow supervisor instructions, maintain logs, and ensure materials ready for batches. The ideal candidate holds a BSc/MSc in Chemistry with up to 5 years of production experience, and will train operators on SOPs, coordinate with maintenance, and monitor safety

Qualifications

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry required.
• Experience in API unit operations, handling reactors and drying equipment preferred.
• Experience up to 5 years in a production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and batch documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow Manager-Production instructions and perform shift production activities.
• Maintain shift logbooks and prepare raw materials for batches.
• Plan and execute batch-related activities and ensure online documentation.
• Conduct SOP training for operating personnel to reinforce GMP.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely completion of jobs.
• Monitor PPE usage and workplace cleanliness; report unsafe acts.
• Impart SHE training to operators and contract workers.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report to the Production Manager.
