Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive for on-site work in Digwal, TS. The role involves reviewing batch records (BMR/BPR/ECR), ensuring accurate product labeling and QR codes, and preparing documentation for audits. You will monitor storage conditions, document deviations, and assist in dispatch activities.

The ideal candidate holds an MSc and will be responsible for ensuring QA compliance, flagging deviations, and supporting the QA team in daily shop-floor operations.

Qualifications

• Review BMR/ECR/BPR review.
• Verify dispatches consignments.
• Issuance of Product & QR code labels.
• Document readiness for audit.
• Participate in the dispatch activity.
• Packing and repacking of intermediate and API as per requirement.
• Issuance of product labels as per requisition from production.
• Review of the Batch Production records (BMRs / BPR / ECRs).
• Verification of log books for completeness in QA.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report to superiors.
• Report any incident / accident / near miss / illness to the superiors.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify batch records and production documentation.
• Ensure correct labeling, QR codes, and dispatch documents.
• Monitor storage conditions and SOP compliance on the shop floor.
• Assist QA in audits and incident reporting.
• Support senior staff in their absence and take on assigned tasks.
