Job summary

Qualifications

• DCS (Distributed Control System) experience is essential.
• Experience with hazardous chemicals (HF, chlorine, bromine, HCl, etc.).
• Ability to achieve targeted production per shift and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve production targets per shift.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA/QC, and stores to meet the production plan.
• Review GMP documents (BMR, deviation reports, SOPs) to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate product dispatch and BMR/BPR issuance for batches and tech transfers.
• Train plant personnel on critical steps of new processes and ensure safety.
