Asian Paints in Satara, Maharashtra invites a plant maintenance professional to oversee the upkeep of pumps, mixer systems, boilers, chillers, and other process equipment. You will drive TPM activities, autonomous maintenance, and reliability improvements across critical assets at the site, ensuring maximum uptime and compliance with safety standards.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, participate in CAPEX budgeting and project execution, manage spares procurement, vendor development,

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of pumps and process equipment.
• Knowledge of TPM and autonomous maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety permit systems including LOTO.
• Procurement and spares management experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain pumps, boilers, chillers, and process equipment to ensure uptime.
• Execute TPM, autonomous maintenance and RCA/CAPA for critical issues.
• Support CAPEX projects, budgeting and equipment procurement.
• Manage spares, vendor development and shutdown planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety permits and risk assessments.

Maintenance of pump system (Centrifugal pump, progressive cavity pump, Gear pumps, Twin screw pumps, Diaphragm pumps),Maintenance of utility equipment’s (boiler, chiller, compressor, cooling towers, WTP system),Maintenance of process equipment (Mixers, Reactor, mixer, agitator and hydraulic equipment),Operations and maintenance of packing machine, TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, Responsible for CBM, RCA and CAPA for critical issues and equipment, Vendor development ,Making risk assessment, FMEA, SOP, Following safety permit system including LOTO, day to day permit work, Predictive maintenance of equipment such as vibration analysis, Thermography, Ferrography Analysis, Procurement and management of spares and consumables ,Manpower and resource management for plant shutdown and execution including startup, Compliance to the PM schedule, CAPEX project budgeting, planning and execution, Procurement of CAPEX equipment.
