Job summary

Bunge is looking for a Senior Executive – Packing to oversee shift production at their facility in Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The role involves production planning and ensuring the overall efficiency of operations while maintaining safety standards and compliance.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Chemical/Oil Technology and at least 10-12 years of experience in the Edible Oil Industry. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, along with knowledge of refinery operations, is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of work experience, preferably from the Edible Oil Industry.
• Skill in packing operations, PM, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for shift production and planning of Soft Oil & Vanaspati.
• Implement preventive maintenance for optimal productivity.
• Lead safety activities in the plant.
• Preparation of daily and monthly production reports.

Role Purpose

Overall responsibility of shift production (Soft Oil & Vanaspati) and planning.

Main Accountabilities

• Responsible for Production planning and Scheduling, Material balance of Oil, chemicals, by-products, and responsible for keeping Variable cost within approved budgeted levels
• Coordinate with commercial & purchase department for dispatches of co-products, by-products, hazardous waste if any necessary for smooth operation
• Coordinate with engineering dept to implement "Preventive Maintenance" for smooth productivity.
• Responsible for maintaining OEE.
• Lead on Safety activities in the Plant.
• Creating Charts and Schedules.
• Documentation.
• Responsible for yield, quality, raw material consumption, and utility.
• Preparation of daily as well as monthly production report.
• Monitored plant performance against approved targets on a day-to-day basis and identified existing or potential technical problems.
• Assisted multi-disciplinary teams on operational and maintenance troubleshooting.
• Controlling & Monitoring Technical Efficiency of Plant.
• Ensuring overall shop floor discipline and interacting and resolving operational issues with the workers through mutual discussion.
• Overall Responsible for ensuring GHK practice in the Plant.
