Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited, a global healthcare leader, invites applications for Senior Executive-Instrumentation at Piramal Critical Care (PCC) in Dahej, Gujarat. The role focuses on maintenance, calibration, and servicing of all instrumentation, coordinating with production and other engineering teams to minimise downtime and ensure GMP-compliant operations.

You will review deviation reports, SOPs, and participate in commissioning of new projects, while upholding EHS policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Maintenance and calibration of instrumentation as per SOPs.
• Review deviation reports and SOP documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for planned calibration and maintenance.
• Ensure GMP, EHS and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance / breakdown activities as and when raised.
• Provide pre-planned schedules for the coming month for calibration and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance team during commissioning of instruments, systems and validation of new projects.
• Interact with production and other engineering teams to ensure efficient instrumentation maintenance and reduce breakdowns.

• Carry out maintenance / break down activities as and when raised.
• Review of documents like deviation reports, SOP etc without taking much time.
• Providing pre planed schedule for the coming month in advance to perform calibration and giving clearance for maintenance work activities
• Co-ordinate with maintenance team during the commissioning of Instruments, systems and validation of new projects.
• Providing pre planed schedule for the coming month in advance to perform calibration and giving clearance for maintenance work activities.
• Co-ordination in common engineering maintenance jobs and pre planed schedule in advance to perform calibration and maintenance in time
• To continuously interact with production and other engineering teams to provide efficient Instrumentation maintenance of equipment, reduce the break downs and improve the service.
• Updating the knowledge of GMP by reading and understanding the SOPs.
• To ensure the safety of co-workers in the plant and adherence to the EHS and safety regulations.
• Calibration and Maintenance of all Instrumentation related engineering activities with quality service to meet the production targets in a most cost effective manner with the operational excellence culture.
• Continuously working on to improve/upgrade the safety of the plant and in adherence to EHS policy.
• Customer satisfaction, Meeting GMP ,follow department internal standard for the job excellence and safety audit requirements
