Job summary

Piramal Pharma is seeking an Executive- Environment to manage MEE, RO and ETP operations at its Gujarat facility. The role covers operation of VTFD with salt handling, hazardous waste management, and maintaining process parameters.

You will coordinate with process and maintenance teams, ensure safety permits, log sheets, CIP planning, and data reporting. This position offers stability in a leading pharmaceutical group with global exposure.

Responsibilities

• Operate MEE plant (VTFD + salt handling) and manage hazardous waste generated from ATFD/MEE.
• Maintain all process parameters and perform MEE plant maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate receiving of aqueous from process plant and liaise with maintenance and process teams.
• Operate RO plant, maintain log sheets, and plan CIP and plant cleaning activities.
• Operate ETP/MBR, maintain logs, monitor effluent parameters, and coordinate with service dept.
• Ensure safety permits, record keeping, data reporting (AET/Mass Balance), and storage/ Tank cleaning.

MEE Plant Operation

• Operation of VTFD along with Salt Handling and Management.
• Management of Hazardous Waste generated from ATFD/MEE.
• Maintaining of All Parameters.
• Maintenance work in MEE Plant.
• Receiving of Aqueous from Process Plant.

• House Keeping Maintaining in Plant.

RO Plant Operation

• RO Plant Operation and Maintaining Log sheet for the same.
• Maintenance of RO Plant (Co - Ordination with Site Maintenance and electrical/Instrument Dept. for Maintenance).
• RO Plant Cleaning and CIP Planning.

ETP Plant Operation

• Maintaining Log sheet of ETP/MBR Operation.
• Receiving of Effluents from Sources to ETP Feed Tank.
• Monitoring Parameters in ETP and MBR.
• Maintenance of MBR and ETP (Co - ordination with Service dept. for maintenance works).
• CIP and Cleaning Work of MBR.
• ETP Chemical Record Maintaining and informing for procurement as per requirement.
• Maintaining Operation Data for ETP, MEE and RO Plant, reporting the same through Mass Balance and AET Report.
• Safety and Work Permits management for ETP, MEE and RO Plant.
• Cleaning planning of all storage and process Tanks as per AET Schedule.
• EHS training -16 Hrs./yrs.
• Reporting Unsafe act, Unsafe condition & near miss
