Galaxy Surfactants Limited seeks a Senior Executive at its Mumbai lab to drive synthesis route development and process optimization. You will lead literature searches, design experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and safety standards.

You will prepare SOPs, MSDS, and documentation; train operators; and contribute to QA and regulatory compliance while ensuring adherence to SLAs.

• Experience in process optimization on pilot and commercial scale.
• Familiarity with ISO quality/regulatory standards and compliance.
• Knowledge of QA and regulatory processes and SOP preparation.

Designation: Senior Executive

Office Location: GRC, TTC-HO.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Literature search through various search engines to study technical feasibility.
• Develop synthesis route of new molecules through trial & errors (labexperimentations).
• Process optimization on pilot and commercial scale involving collaboration withSourcing/NPT/Conversion/QA Regulatory/GCD.
• Provide support to adhere to all ISO requirements (compliance to regulatory andquality standards).
• Meet SLA requirement of QA, NPT, conversion, safety and regulatory.
• Prepare PHA, checklist, SOP and MSDS and explain to lab assistants whileconducting trials in lab.
• Prepare BMR, provide MSDS & BMR training to operators and evaluate, conductHAZOP, PSSR along with SHE team and pilot plant team to ensure zero accidents onplant scale.
• Well conversed in preparing technical document like SOPs and TTDs.
• To develop products in total technical parameters including toxicity, environmentalstandards, analytical parameters, etc.
• Conversant with environmentally friendly techniques, economically viable andsustainable synthetic route selection from literature search.
• Coordination and collaboration with internal/external customers/vendors.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects and processmultiple tasks as required.
• To prepare weekly reports, monthly reports and project status presentation.
• Co-ordination with suppliers for availability of chemicals & raw materials.
• To maintain GHK practice in lab in terms of safety & quality.
