Job summary

OnActuate is seeking a Senior Executive Finance for its Finance department in Gurugram. The role requires 4-5 years of experience and strong knowledge of end-to-end Finance and Accounts activities, including payroll, taxation, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Candidate should be proficient with NAV, transfer pricing, US GAAPs, and Canadian tax laws. The role is hybrid in India, with emphasis on timely book closure and financial statement preparation.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Finance and Accounts activities including Payroll, Taxation, salary and journal entries.
• Periodic review of Accounts Payables & Receivables, Trial Balance.
• Knowledge of NAV and transfer pricing desirable.
• US GAAPs & taxation knowledge is a must; Canadian tax laws knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end finance and accounting duties including payroll, taxation, journals, and reconciliations.
• Monthly closure and preparation of financial statements.
• Revenue assurance and various reconciliations (Billing, Banking).
• Banking operations coordination and audit finalization.

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Should be well versed with end-to-endFinanceandAccounts activities whichincludesPayroll, Taxation, salary & other journal entries, intercompanyreconciliations, Bank reconciliations etc.,

Periodic review ofAccounts Payables & Receivables, Trial Balance.

Salary processing globally & related tasks. Employee query resolution per the TAT.

Knowledge on NAV.

Working knowledge of transfer pricing.

Working knowledge of US GAAPs & taxation is a must.

Working knowledge of Canadian tax laws is a must.

Reply preparation experience in taxation matters.

Time bound monthly book closure, & preparation of financial statements on monthly basis.

Revenue assurance and various revenue reconciliations (Billing Accounting- Banking).

Good understanding of Forex transactions & related regulations is a must.

Preparation & filing of statutory returns.

Fixed Assets Management and Depreciation verification.

Timely Audit finalization & Balance sheet filing with Auditors.

Capable handling for Banking operations & Coordination.

Pro-active approach for work with inclination for self-development.

Candidate shall possess good communication skills- verbal & written.

Excellent computer skills including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).
