Job summary

Iris Software is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive in India to support the recruitment cycle from posting roles to onboarding new hires. This role offers hands-on experience across the full hiring process and close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.

You will engage with candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and help build a strong employer brand within a fast-growing IT services company that values talent and ambition.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with 2024 B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA pass-out.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting job postings across platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and hiring top talent. This role offers hands‑on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Will be work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
