Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Executive - EHS to support robust safety and environmental management across healthcare projects. You will help implement EHS policies, site safety plans, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and a strong safety culture.

The role involves conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, incident reporting, and maintaining EHS documentation. You will prepare safety dashboards for management and promote continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential projects
• 5–7 years overall experience
• NEBOSH certification
• Completed end-to-end residential project experience
