• Track cases individually and ensure resolutions align with AOP timelines.
• Oversee portfolio management and debt collection strategy execution.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, perform reporting and analysis, and monitor risk.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for collections activities.
