Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a Debt Management professional to achieve the branch is targets and ensure monthly target fulfillment within cost limits. The role involves visiting customers and agencies, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines during repossessions.

You will maintain records of customer interactions, provide regular reports, handle escalations, manage daily DRR, and develop strategies to improve collection rates while aligning with AOP timelines.
