Job summary

JioStar is seeking a detail-oriented professional to write and proofread metadata, including titles and descriptions, for shows, movies, and surround content. You will curate thematic collections and collaborate with video editors to craft engaging content representations.

The role requires sharp analytical thinking, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with Hotstar and external partners to resolve blockers and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Preferably from Media / Advertisement industry.
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SAP.
• Good analytical & presentation skills.
• Good team player.

• Writing/Proofreading: Writing/reviewing metadata (titles, descriptions) and regular/closed caption subtitles of shows, movies and surround content. Quality check of internal and external vendors. Ensure standard, consistency and accuracy of content.
• Content Curation: Ideating for thematic/editorial collections or compilations from TV shows/movies. Selecting relevant creative representation for videos. Work with video editors to give instructions in the creation of engaging video surround content.
• Work cross-functionally with Hotstar and various external partners to identify critical business blockers and optimize these.
