Role Overview
The Channel Management Officer is responsible for achieving the assigned sales budget through effective management and support of channel partners (CPs). The role includes ensuring operational excellence, maintaining company branding standards, and driving franchisee growth and network expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support channel partners in achieving their sales and revenue targets.
- Track and monitor CP performance regularly to ensure consistent growth.
- Identify potential areas for new franchise opportunities.
- Onboard and train new franchisees in line with company policies.
- Ensure continuous improvement and development of existing franchise partners.
- Monitor and maintain franchise office standards in accordance with company branding guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support the expansion of the delivery and pickup network through strategic planning.
- Ensure infrastructure and service levels are maintained at all channel partner locations.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to convince and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
- Prior experience in the courier or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with franchisee business models.
- Operational knowledge of channel sales.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the courier or logistics industry.
