Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Assam seeks a Senior Executive - Bancassurance to drive sales, profitability and partner with the sales team. You will support, coach and coordinate with internal staff to ensure effective client handling.

You will also conduct training programs, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies while maintaining service quality for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 1–5 years of experience in Bancassurance or insurance sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating sales and profitability and conducting calls with the sales team.
• Provide adequate support to the team and assist as required.
• Motivate and coach the internal sales team.
