Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals in India is seeking personnel to ensure safety and adherence to company norms in sterile production areas. Responsibilities include monitoring DP, RH, and temperature in the Autoclave area, maintaining logbooks per cGMP and SOP, and coordinating with QA/QC, warehouse, Engineering, and HR for daily tasks.

Role focuses on cleaning, sterilization, and preparation of disinfection loads, plus operation of LAF systems and sterilizers.

Qualifications

• Comply with safety and company norms.
• Maintain BMRs and logbooks per cGMP and SOP.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, warehouse, HR for daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring DP, RH and temperature in Component preparation and sterilization area (Autoclave area).
• Maintenance and cleaning of Component preparation and sterilization area.
• Preparation, filtration and issuance of disinfectant and deactivation solutions to production area.
• Operation and cleaning of glove and filters integrity testers.
• Cleaning and storage of filling machine accessories and change parts.
• Operation and cleaning of table mounted LAF and Ceiling mounted LAF.
• Operation and cleaning of steam sterilizer and HPHV steam sterilizer.
• Loads for Autoclaving prepared per validated load pattern.
• Coordinate across QA, QC, warehouse, Engineering, HR for daily activities.
