Job summary

Gencrest Bio Products in Jalgaon, Maharashtra seeks a Diploma holder with 5 years of spinning/processing experience to coordinate production and dispatch activities. The role emphasizes fiber quality, safety, and adherence to ISO 9001 standards.

You will oversee training, sample collection, and traceability of finished goods, while ensuring line clearances, waste management, and timely reports. A hands-on, detail-oriented candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of working experience in spinning or processing unit.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Basic understanding of spinning quality requirements and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Production and Dispatch, customer requirements & fiber quality.
• Ensure floormanpower development and training for safe working.
• Monitor customer feedback and assist customers through technical services.
• Maintain proper identification and traceability of finished goods for efficient monitoring of customers.
• Ensure sample collection and development from sources; conduct market reviews to assess position and preparations.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, Stores, Maintenance, Dispatch, Security for smooth operations.
• Monitor waste management and dispatch.
• Maintain daily production and dispatch records, checklists, and reports to Reporting manager.
• Ensure proper line clearance before starting a new batch.
• Identify and report defects, quality issues, and process deviations to concerns and reporting manager.
• Take corrective action with QA/QC, Production & Maintenance teams for compliance.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the department.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Support production & maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports to the reporting manager.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining required documentation and records.
