Rhenus Logistics in Gurgaon, India, is seeking an Air Export Operations expert to manage end-to-end shipments and coordinate with customers and service providers for timely bookings and compliant documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in air export operations within logistics, with strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end air export shipments from booking to final documentation.
• Coordinate with customers for shipment bookings, cargo readiness, and documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines, GHA, transporters, overseas agents, and customs brokers for smooth shipment movement.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including AWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other relevant documents.
• Handle DAP/DDP shipments.
• Maintain strict compliance with air export procedures and industry regulations.

• Manage end-to-end air export shipments from booking to final documentation and shipment closure.
• Coordinate with customers for shipment bookings, cargo readiness, pickup arrangements, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines, GHA, transporters, overseas agents, and customs brokers for smooth shipment movement.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including M AWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other relevant documents, Pre-alerts, and airline processes.
• Handle DAP/DDP shipments.
• Strong knowledge of Air Export operations and documentation.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Air Export Operations within a freight forwarding, logistics.
