• Account for scrap sales in SAP and perform reconciliations.
• Conduct fixed asset accounting tasks and asset management in SAP.
• Clear advance payments and assist in related party reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Scrap sale accounting: Receipt entries posted in SAP & Customers ledger – reconciliations of Scrap Sales Customers
• Fixed Asset Accounting in SAP (Capitalization)
• Asset Creation, Asset transfer, Asset write‑off, Asset sale entries in SAP
• Customer creation in SAP
• Advance Payment releasing & clearing
• Helping in Related party reconciliation by sending emails – Balance/Transactions and updating the Transaction file of Excel
• Vendor / Customer Debit Note Posting / Credit note Posting in SAP

Qualifications

• B.com / M.com (Finance, Analytics, Accountancy, Costing)
• Good knowledge of Excel, Pivot tables (Power Query will be added advantage)
• Working knowledge of Statutory Compliances like TDS, GST and Provision
• Knowledge of SAP in Accounts Payable
• Very good communication, stakeholder follow‑up & coordination skills
