Job summary

Niva Bupa is seeking a proactive professional to facilitate seamless hospital insurance claims and cost management. You will enhance patient experience, assist during admission and discharge, coordinate with TPAs, insurers and providers, and optimize treatment plans to speed approvals and reduce query rates.

The role emphasizes strong communication, trust-building with insured patients, and governance of documentation quality while strengthening provider relationships and ensuring smooth

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital operations or TPA/Insurance is required.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, health insurance, TPAs and hospital billing.
• Excellent communication and follow up skills.

Job Summary: The person would be responsible for seamless insurance claim facilitation for hospitalized patients while ensuring effective cost management as well.
