Reconcile payroll inputs with HRMS and previous-month payroll. Coordinate with Finance for timely salary processing. Resolve employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies.

• Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS and other applicable statutory requirements. Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and reports within due dates.

• HRMS & Employee Data: Maintain accurate employee master data in HRMS.

Monitor statutory details such as UAN, ESIC, PAN, Aadhaar and bank details.

Ensure proper maintenance of payroll and employee records. 4. Payroll MIS & Analytics Prepare monthly Payroll MIS, salary variance, manpower cost, LOP, overtime, and statutory reports.

• Audit & Compliance Support internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.

Provide required payroll/statutory documents and explanations during audits. Track and close audit observations within timelines. Ensure proper documentation for compliance verification.

• Hospital-Specific Payroll Validate attendance and payroll inputs for shift-based, clinical, nursing, doctors, and non-clinical employees.
