Job summary

GRIL seeks a dedicated Liaison Officer to support the Project Head and Vertical Lead–Liasoning, engaging with local authorities, drafting correspondence, and submitting documentation to obtain necessary approvals.

The role represents GRIL with administrative officials, resolves small hindrances to execution, and contributes to MIS data and timely reporting. Graduate with a law degree preferred; 0–6 years in legal/liaison for construction sites. Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferably with a law degree and 0–6 years of experience in legal/liaison for construction sites.
• Ability to draft formal correspondence and maintain accurate documentation.
• Experience in liaising with local authorities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose

• The role holder supports the Project Head and Vertical Lead – Liasoning in liasoning with the local authorities and responding to resolve project level issues which might create hindrance in the smooth execution of the project.
• The incumbent creates necessary documentation and ensures submission of the documentation within authority offices.
• The incumbent also acts as a representative of GRIL while communicating with local administrative officials and resolves small issues which may cause hindrance in the execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaison & Stakeholder Management –
  • Provide support to the project in resolving local issues which might create a hindrance in the smooth execution of the project.
  • Supports Project Head and Vertical Lead–Liasoning bydrafting correspondenceandpreparing accurate documentation,submittingthe documentations with theauthorities for obtaining necessary approvals and representing GRIL to resolve small local project level liasoning issues.
• MIS & Reporting –
  • Implement mitigation plans to resolve project level risks by connecting with local administrative officials.
  • Provide support to the Project Head and Vertical Lead – Liasoning in drafting correspondence and preparing accurate documentation.
  • Capture projectleveldatarelatedto legal/liasoningissuesandensuretimely reporting to all relevant stakeholders.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Graduate preferablywith a law degree with 0-6 years of experience inhandling legal andliasoning function forconstruction project sites
