HTC Global Services in Bengaluru is seeking an ETL Developer with strong experience in ETL development, SQL, and data warehousing to join our data team. You will participate in sprint planning, develop ETL jobs using IBM DataStage, Snowflake and AWS, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.

The ideal candidate will optimize SQL queries, work with Snowflake, support Lakehouse initiatives, and handle production support tasks including incident RCA.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Snowflake, Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with Autosys scheduling and monitoring.
• Experience in ETL development and SQL performance optimization.
• Understanding of Lakehouse architecture and data warehousing concepts.
• Production support experience and incident handling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Asset Management domain and financial data terminology knowledge.

ETL Developer with strong experience in ETL development, SQL, and data wareshoue & Data analysis. The candidate should have experience working in Agile projects, handling production support, and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in sprint planning and Agile delivery activities
• Develop and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage, Snowflake, AWS
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
• Work with Snowflake database and support Lakehouse architecture initiatives
• Perform ETL and query performance optimization
• Work with Unix scripting and Autosys job scheduling
• Analyze production data issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities
• Coordinate with business teams and stakeholders for requirement analysis and issue resolution
• Ensure data quality and timely delivery of data solutions
