Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Equity Research Associate to support a research team covering pharma, chemicals, metals, cement, new age businesses, IT, and FMCG sectors.

You will help senior analysts with sector coverage, company research, and data gathering to inform investment decisions. The role involves building financial models, preparing earnings summaries, and tracking regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Equity Research or Investment Research.
• Exposure to one or more sectors such as Pharma, Chemicals, Metals, Cement, New Age Businesses, IT, or FMCG is preferred.
• Basic understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
