Job summary

Marriott Tech Accelerator in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud specialist to lead integration and configuration efforts. You will drive complex deployments, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies.

The candidate should have 6-10 years’ experience in IT applications with 2-5 years in OIC/SOA, plus deep knowledge of HCM Cloud tools and OTBI reporting. Strong collaboration and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and deployments.
• Coordinate and manage deployments and migrations across Sandboxes and FSM/CSM.
• Develop test plans and oversee unit, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into design documents.
• Ensure governance, audit readiness, and compliance with policies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Required Qualifications:

• 6-10 years’ experience in information technology application development and support
• 2 to 5 years of experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or Oracle SOA Suite
• Deep knowledge of SOA Web Services and REST integrations
• Experience with XSLT for translation of XML
• Experience with Fast Formulas, BI reports, HCM Extracts, UCM, HSDL, and HDLs
• Familiarity with SFTP
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR product capabilities, Business Objects, Business Object Relationships, seeded processes and system dependencies.
• Deep knowledge of and ability to perform standard product configuration and management tasks like Setup and Maintenance, Auto-complete rules, Enterprise Structure and Workforce Structures.
• Ability to manage and control deployments and migrations using Sandboxes, Configuration Set Migration (CSM) and Functional Setup Migration (FSM)
• Strong understanding and experience of Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and management tools like Page Composer, Alerts Composer, HCM Experience design studio, ESS jobs, Checklists and Journeys and Document Records
• Ability to configure flexfields, Navigation, Appearance, Infolets, Help content and autocomplete rules.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud analytics and Reports. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, define and assess Reports in Oracle HCM Cloud using OTBI reporting, HCM Extracts and BIP reporting tools
• Sound understanding of Oracle HCM role-based security, role types, security profiles, role hierarchy, user management and ability to use the security console
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM cloud application concepts like Enterprise structures, Jobs, Positions, Grades, Rates, Person, Assignments, Work Relationships and Workforce Records.
• Ability to listen and understand business requirements, ask questions and translate the requirements into design documents.
• Ability to elicit, organize and document detailed and comprehensive technical, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience developing test plans, test scripts, and managing unit, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in Oracle HCM Cloud and follow through to a resolution.
• Ability to work independently, identifying and driving required tasks to completion in a timely manner.
• Proven ability to support all aspects of large, complex applications with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple support request while working on time sensitive projects and upgrades.
• Experience in waterfall and/or agile software methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional preference for Oracle certifications in any of the following cloud products: Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning or Recruiting Cloud.
