Job summary

AryaXAI, with research labs in Mumbai, Paris, and London, seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead platform scale, AI/ML infrastructure, and data engineering across startups, SMEs, and regulated industries. You will own architecture, drive scalability, and coordinate R&D, data science, and front-end teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years building scalable ML platforms, strong Python and cloud experience, and a track record of delivering high-performance enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and deploying enterprise-grade ML infra, SaaS software, data analytics solutions, or online platforms.
• 2+ years building LLM infra or high-volume AI inference components.
• Strong Python programming fundamentals and experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem).

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and scale architecture and scalable AI/ML infrastructure.
• Serve as SPOC with R&D team for productized components and scaling.
• Architect and scale AI inference platforms for multiple data modalities (tabular, text, image, video).
• Design AIOps and AI Inferencing Ops, data preprocessing, model monitoring, explainability, risk management.
• Improve inference speed and latency across models including LLMs and DL models.
• Lead product development activities, Scrum reviews, and cross-team collaboration.
• Mentor juniors and middle managers.

Rolesandresponsibilities

AsSrEngineeringManager,you'llbethemainSPOCforalltheengineeringeffortsbehindtheAryaXAIplatform,servingcustomersinSaaSandon-premisemodesandscalingmultipleAImodelsinstartups,SMEs,andhighlyregulatedindustries.

• You'llberesponsiblefordesigning,modifying,andscalingarchitecture,aswellasdesigningandimplementingscalableinfrastructureforAI/MLsolutionsanddataengineering.
• You'llbetheSPOCwiththeR&Dteam,collectingtheproductizedcomponentsandaddingandscalingthesecomponentsontheplatform.
• ArchitectandscaleAIinferenceplatformandrelatedcomponentsforalldatamodalitieslikeTabular,text,image,video,etc.
