Job summary

Tekion Corp seeks a seasoned engineering leader to drive execution across multiple product domains. You will oversee design, deployment, and delivery of scalable software solutions, working with product, design, architecture, and operations to shape technical strategy and roadmaps.

You will mentor managers and senior engineers, guide organizational transformation for scalability and automation, and foster a culture of engineering excellence and impactful delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 4+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven success in managing multiple engineering teams and delivering large-scale software solutions.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and development operations.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
