You will define hardware and software test strategies for high-performance digital, mixed-signal, and RF SOCs, working with cross-functional teams from product definition to production release. Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering; Masters preferred.
• 7–15 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable in Digital, Analog, and Mixed-signal IC test methods.

Responsibilities

• Establish hardware and software test capability on new designs of high-performance digital, mixed-signal and RF SOCs.
• Display technical innovation in test development work to improve efficiency and cycle time.
• Play a key role in DFT/BIST definition & development with Design teams.
• Develop ATE test hardware and software for Final Test and Wafer Probe, addressing problems and providing solutions.
• Analyze tester data to debug and optimize tests and set parametric limits using statistics.
• Collaborate with Reliability for device qualification and with Manufacturing for multi-site test solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and share knowledge across sites.
• Drive continuous improvement in test methodologies and infrastructure to support product requirements.

You will have an opportunity to work directly with cross functional team from product definition through silicon & system development until production release and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of the development team establishing hardware and software test capability on new designs of high performance digital, mixed-signal and RF SOC's
• Display technical innovation in test development work on new products to improve test efficiency and test development cycle time ensuring success in fast-growing markets
• Play a key role in DFT/BIST definition & development, through direct involvement with Design early in the New Product Development to improve testability & Full Factory Cost
• Develop ATE test hardware and software for Final Test and Wafer Probe, understanding the problems/limitations and providing solutions for the same
• Analyze tester data to debug and optimize the test solution and set parametric test limits for production using statistical methods
• Work with Reliability on device qualification
• Work with manufacturing to release robust, multi-site, high-performance, low-cost test solutions and sustaining released solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing across the test development team
• Collaborate with global teams to align test strategies and share best practices across sites
• Drive continuous improvement in test methodologies and infrastructure to support evolving product requirements and manufacturing capabilities

Qualifications And Other Requirements

• Hold a graduate degree in electrical or Electronics engineering, Masters will be a plus, with 7 to 15 years of relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in Digital, Analog, and Mixed signal IC test methods
• Good hands-on experience on ATE, experience on Teradyne Ultraflex is preferred
• Experience in performing test calibration and knowledge of best practices used in test for coding and hardware design provide an added advantage
• Experience in developing test hardware by creating schematic and overseeing layout
• Knowledge and experience in industry standard best practices for test product development and mass production release process
• Good analytical skills and strong decision making
• Positive attitude and proactive / self-motivated / willing to accept responsibility
• Good team player and ability to work with teams at different sites
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
