Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5–8 years Salesforce DevOps/Release Mgmt experience.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Metadata API and source-driven deployment models.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and version control (GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Deep understanding of sandbox strategy, branching, release governance, and deployment models (Unlocked/Managed Packages, Change Sets).
• Familiarity with Copado DevOps platform and DevOps certifications is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and excellent debugging, problem-solving skills.

Deployment issue analysis and resolution*** + Understand regular and recurring Salesforce deployment issues and drive timely resolution across Apex, metadata, profiles, permission sets, flows, validation rules, integrations, and security configurations. + Analyze validation failures, dependency issues, merge conflicts, profile/permission mismatches, test class failures, and environment-specific deployment blockers. + Partner with developers, architects, QA, and platform teams to identify root causes and prevent recurring deployment defects.**6.
