Evergreen Enterprises in India seeks a Senior Engineer – Slope Stabilization to lead geotechnical projects across PAN India. You will plan, supervise, and monitor site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion while managing resources and budgets.

The role requires 7–8 years of relevant experience, B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in soil nailing, rock anchoring, boltings, shotcrete, and AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 7–8 years of experience in slope stabilization or geotechnical construction.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites across PAN India.
• Must have hands-on experience reading engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute slope stabilization works as per project specifications.
• Manage site execution activities including soil nailing, rock bolting, rock anchoring, shotcrete, wire mesh installation, gabion walls, and slope protection works.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Review engineering drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to HSE guidelines.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
