Qualifications

Work with Fractional CxO to help engineer independently minimum viable products (MVPs)/ proof of concepts (POCs)3. Assist in data engineering projects, and development/maintenance of client CI/CD pipelines4. Mentor SDE1/2 both internally and in NGO teams in software development lifecycle practices5. Represent Project Tech4Dev at workshops and conferences which the team attends6. Occasionally present webinars on Zoom on work done at Tech4Dev## About this role## ResponsibilitiesKey Requirements:1. 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ in a SDE 3 role.2. Strong foundation in backend system design, architecture, and infrastructure - proficiency with NodeJS, Python or similar back-end frameworks.3. Experience managing cloud infrastructure, databases, queues, load balancing, and security for production systems.4. Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, and data systems, with a bias for automation and reliability.5. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.6. Comfort navigating ambiguous or evolving technical challenges, and a hands-on mindset to prototype and unblock teams.Preferred Requirements:1.
