Qualifications

• Master of Engineering degree in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college/university.
• 8–12 years of Civil Engineering experience; Middle East/US/UK experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for complex building structures projects.
• Lead and contribute to BIM-based delivery and other discipline software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across global offices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring within the Building Structures team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant design standards and regulations.
• Take ownership of assigned work and deliver with initiative.

Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Engineer to join our Building Structures team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful building projects across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high‑performing team.

• Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Works under only general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
• Experience in retail and hospitality medium to large projects.
• Experience in UK, UAE, US, Canada, ANZ(preferred).
• Experience in delivering projects in BIM and relevant discipline software.
• Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions.
• Should be knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations and technical standards.
• Capable of working on as own initiative, as an overall responsibility and accountability for assigned work.
• Must be a team player and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro‑active way.

Qualifications
