Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a senior Power BI developer to design and deliver enterprise dashboards and financial reports. You will implement DAX calculations, secure data with RLS, and optimize model performance across Fabric-based environments, including Semantic Models and Direct Lake.

You will collaborate with Finance, FP&A and Technology leaders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and drive data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX and analytics for P&L and variance analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Fabric components (Semantic Models, Direct Lake, Workspaces).
• Strong understanding of dimensional modelling and analytical data structures.
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and role-based access.
• Experience developing complex DAX for financial and time-based calculations.
• Experience building drill-down and drill-through reports across multiple dimensions.
• Strong Power BI performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work with Finance, FP&A and Technology leadership stakeholders.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
