Job summary

Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India seeks a Senior Engineer PLM to manage and optimize our Product Lifecycle Management systems within a GMP framework. You will lead PLM administration, ensure data integrity, and support product development initiatives.

The role requires strong Catia V5/V6 expertise, DMU tooling skills, and the ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and configurations for the PLM environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with PLM systems and leadership in PLM environments.
• Strong proficiency in Catia V5/V6 and related DMU tools.
• Experience with product development processes and clear documentation.
• Knowledge of Engineering BOM, CAD drawings and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of PLM systems.
• Support and coordinate digital Mock-Up (DMU) processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for PLM configurations and specifications.
• Monitor DMU quality and data integrity across PLM databases.
• Oversee PLM infrastructure operations including monitoring and performance tuning.
• Participate in PLM upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer PLM to manage and optimize our Product Lifecycle Management systems. This role involves ensuring the seamless operation of our PLM environment, providing technical support, and contributing to product development initiatives within a Good Manufacturing Practices framework.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of PLM systems
• Support and co-ordinate digital Mock-up process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for PLM processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
• Monitor DMU Quality
• Manage and optimize PLM databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Participate in DMU Configuration and population
• Participate in project experience related to PLM system upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations.
• Oversee technical operations related to PLM infrastructure, including system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Alert activity leader in case of issues in defined tools or process... etc

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Strong skills in Catia V5 or V6, DMU tools
• Demonstrable skills in Databasing, System Administration, and Network Administration.
• Experience with Product Development processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive Documentations and Technical Specifications.
• Knowledge in Engineering BOM & CAD Drawing and release process
