Job summary

Linde India is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee daily field routines, instrumentation and electrical issue inspections, and coordinate maintenance with the reliability team. You will update records in the EAM book and LiDAP reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a B-Tech or Diploma in Instrumentation with about five years of hands-on experience and strong communication skills to collaborate across teams in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Instrumentation engineering (B.Tech or Diploma) with 5 years of experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily field routine jobs and inspect instrumentation and electrical issues.
• Highlight abnormalities to reliability team and take corrective actions; update EAM book and LiDAP reporting.
• Oversee day‑to‑day plant operations and production as part of DPR preparation.
• Coordinate maintenance activities in the field; identify hazards, purge if required, and mark lines/equipment in P&ID.
• Maintain LOTO system for isolation after zero energy verification and after PTW is issued.
• Calibrate PT/FT and maintain related records; manage spare parts procurement.
• Handle vendor management and utilize SAP and SRM for procurement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards.

• In this role, you will be responsible for participating in daily field routine jobs and inspection of instrumentation and electrical issue
• Also, during any abnormalities highlight the issue with reliability team and take corrective actions. Updating in EAM book & reporting in LiDAP
• Further, you will be responsible for day-to-day plant operation, production etc. preparation DPR
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for any maintenance activities in the field, discussed with the maintenance people, identify the hazard related to that job, purging (if required), marking that line/ equipment’s in P&ID, maintaining LOTO system for isolation after zero energy verification and then after PTW issued
• Moreover, you will be responsible of different PT, FT calibration and record keeping
• Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor management
• In this role you will be responsible for spare procurement. Handling of SAP and SRM
• Further you will be responsible for maintaining all safety standards

Winning in your role.

• You should have a degree of B-Tech / Diploma Instrumentation engineer with five (5) years' experience
• And you have good communication skills
