Linde India Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer, O&M for PGP Operations at its Indore/Pithampur site. The role focuses on managing plant operations and cylinder filling to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.

The incumbent should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in plant operations or industrial gas environments. The position is an on-site, regular/permanent role requiring strong safety, process compliance, and materials management skills, with responsibilities

Formación

• University degree in Engineering (relevant field) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plant operations, maintenance, or industrial gas manufacturing environments.
• Experience in Cylinder filling and plant operation is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe, efficient and continuous operation of the PGP plant during the shift.
• Aim for zero safety incidents; report near misses/incidents/accidents.
• Organize plant safety programs, toolbox talks, safety meetings and awards.
• Ensure products meet prescribed quality standards per SOPs and company policy.
• Coordinate with raw material sources to ensure timely receipt of inputs meeting quality standards.
• Maintain traceability and testing records from source to delivery.
• Prepare MIS, daily and shift reports; meet KPIs like production targets and productivity.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this job role you have to ensure safe, efficient and continuous operation of PGP plant during the shift
• You have to work towards ensuring Zero Safety Incidents at Plant. Report any Near Miss/Incident/Accident
• Furthermore, you have to organize safety programs the Plant, including Toolbox talks/Safety Meetings/awards etc
• Then you have to ensure products manufactured/supplied meet prescribed quality standards as laid down by the company
• In this job role you have to plan and coordinate with raw material suppliers'/source locations to ensure timely receipt of inputs for production that meet the required input quality standards
• You need to ensure quality testing is carried out, and traceability is maintained from source to delivery for all products as per the defined SOPs
• Then You have to maintain Batch & Quality control records for medical gases including incoming raw materials accounting of all purchases and ensuring timely payments to vendors
• You have to prepare MIS reports monthly, daily and shift reports pertaining to lant operations
• You have to meet KPIs for the plant such as Production Targets, Productivity, Loss reduction, Cost Control, Cylinder Tracking etc.

• You must have a university degree in relevant Engineering
• You should have an experience of 5 years with a relevant engineering degree
• You must have experience in Cylinder filling and Plant operation will be an added benefit
• You must have skills for MS office particularly in MS. Excel, PowerPoint presentation
