Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking a security-focused professional to monitor and analyze SIEM/XDR/SOAR events, perform incident analysis, and drive containment and recovery efforts. The role involves collaborating with IT ops and development teams on incident response and security improvements.

The ideal candidate will conduct threat hunting, implement security controls, and contribute to reporting and dashboards for stakeholders. Experience with phishing awareness and endpoint protection is valuable.

Responsibilities

• a. Monitoring and Analysis of SIEM/XDR/SOAR.
• b. Perform detailed analysis of security incidents to determine the root cause, impact, and extent of the compromise.
• c. Integration with SAAS Applications, internal apps, and other devices.
• d. Develop and execute incident response plans and procedures to contain, mitigate, and recover from security breaches and incidents.
• e. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, network engineering, and application development teams during incident response efforts.
• f. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans, prioritize risks based on impact and likelihood, and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
• g. Threat Intelligence & threat hunting using various tools.
• 2. Experience in Email Security required, DMARC, DKIM, SPF, Phishing, Scam, etc.
• 3. Experience in phishing techniques and simulation and awareness training.
• 4. Working knowledge about Endpoint Protection and Data Security tools, like EDR, DLP, etc.

• 6. Prepare and present security reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders, providing visibility into best practices, incidents, and improvements, gaps on overall security posture.
