Job summary

ENERCON Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung is seeking a Senior Engineer Modelling of Battery Storage Systems in Bengaluru. This role involves modeling battery energy storage systems for wind farms and validating these models using Simulink.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related technical field and solid experience in battery storage systems modeling. The position offers a hybrid work model and various employee benefits including medical insurance and flexible work timings.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in modeling Battery Energy Storage Systems.
• Experience with Model-in-the-Loop (MiL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) simulation environments.
• Experience in parameter tuning, model commissioning, and result interpretation.

Senior Engineer Modelling of Battery Storage Systems

Location: Bengaluru, IN, 560092

Onsite / Hybrid / Remote: Hybrid (< 50% remote)

Responsibilities

• Modelling of battery energy storage systems (BESS) for Windfarms with Simulink
• Modelling of controllers of BESS with Simulink & Simulink System Composer
• Validation of the models
• Setup of Model-in-the-Loop and Hardware-in-the-loop environmental models contain the BESS
• Operation of the Models and analysis of results

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Energy Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Solid experience in modeling Battery Energy Storage Systems and related systemsProficiency in MATLAB/Simulink
