Job summary

Sterling And Wilson Renewable Energy is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer / Manager for their Project Planning & Control department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Solar or EPC projects, focusing on project planning, monitoring, and execution activities.

The role requires preparation of project schedules, progress reports, cashflows, and coordination with various teams to ensure timely completion of projects. Candidates must be open to site work, particularly in Charanka, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• 3-12 years of relevant experience in Planning & Project Control.
• Experience in Solar Projects / EPC projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 & MS Project.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Preparation and monitoring of L2 / L3 project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Preparation of Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and Exception Reports.
• Development and analysis of Project Progress S-Curves.
• Preparation and tracking of project cashflows and revenue forecasts.
• Coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Site Execution, Quality, Safety, Admin teams, and Clients.
• Monitoring overall project progress and highlighting delays / risks.
