Job summary

Valeo is seeking an Engineer / Sr. Engineer - IS / IT to join its global technology team in India. The role focuses on deploying standard business processes and applications across sites, training users, and ensuring coherence between group standards and local implementations.

You will gather business needs, pilot new features beyond standards, and measure benefits through project indicators, contributing to Valeo's mission of greener, smarter mobility and international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient deployment of standard business processes & applications within sites and shared services. Train & support business users. Ensure functional & technical coherence between Group standards and local implementation.
• Collect business needs and best practices. Collect, specify, promote and pilot new business features not yet covered by standards. Exchange and capitalize best practices with other business application analysts.
• Measure payback and benefits though physical indicators. Follow subsequent progress of business indicators in line with project IAR.
