Job summary

Cencora is seeking a skilled engineer to design and maintain enterprise-scale identity platforms ensuring secure user authentication across the global organization. The role focuses on API integrations, automation scripting, and building runbooks to standardize identity workflows.

You will analyze telemetry and logs to diagnose anomalies, validate upgrades in non-production environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to test secure identity protocols for large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in platform engineering, identity and access management, software development, systems administration, or related field.
• Certification in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or equivalent preferred.

Job Details

• Designs and maintains enterprise-scale identity platforms and directory services to ensure high availability and secure user authentication across the global organization.
• Innovates advanced API integrations and automation scripts to securely connect diverse, complex business applications to the centralized identity infrastructure.
• Analyzes complex platform performance telemetry and authentication logs to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot recurring structural anomalies.
• Formulates detailed technical architectures and platform runbooks to standardize identity integration workflows and support the engineering knowledge base.
• Validates critical identity platform upgrades and security patches within non-production environments to ensure system stability prior to final release.
• Collaborates with cross-functional development teams to test and validate secure identity protocols for newly deployed large-scale enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
