Qualifications

• Configures and maintains enterprise-level identity platforms and directory services to ensure high availability and secure user authentication across the organization.
• Analyzes complex platform performance telemetry and authentication logs to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot recurring structural anomalies.
• Implements intermediate-level API integrations and automation scripts to securely connect diverse business applications to the centralized identity infrastructure.
• Formulates detailed technical documentation and platform runbooks to standardize identity integration workflows and support the engineering knowledge base.
• Collaborates with cross-functional development teams to test and validate secure identity protocols for newly deployed large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Validates critical identity platform upgrades and security patches within non-production environments to ensure system stability prior to final release.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, identity and access management, software development, systems administration, or a related field required.
• Certification in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or equivalent preferred.
