Responsibilities

• Applies software and systems engineering methods, tools, and standards to deliver development, configuration, integration, testing, or support work.
• Analyzes requirements, dependencies, and factors to determine task approach and guide delivery across projects.
• Communicates status, risks, issues, and implications within the team and with partner teams to align requirements.
• Guides peers by sharing reviews, templates, examples, or how-to support to improve execution quality.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field

2+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field

Certification in Agile, Scrum, cloud fundamentals preferred

Communicates technical status, risks, issues, and implications within the team and across partner teams to align execution and confirm shared understanding of requirements. Coordinates assigned work independently within defined objectives and guardrails to meet commitments, maintain quality, and support project timelines. Guides peers at the task level by sharing reviews, templates, examples, or how-to support that improves consistency and execution quality within the team. Improves tools, processes, or team practices by identifying practical changes that reduce rework, strengthen reliability, and support better local tradeoffs among quality, speed, cost, and risk.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field required.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, cloud fundamentals preferred.
