Develop comprehensive test plans and execute end to end Validation according to product datasheets and specifications. Design and establish test environments by defining hardware and software requirements, selecting appropriate lab equipment, and supporting test board bring-up and validation activities. Perform post-silicon validation activities, including test development and execution, data collection, analysis, and comprehensive documentation of results. Debug issues observed during validation and assist in replicating customer-reported problems in the lab. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, firmware, applications) to ensure product quality and timely issue resolution.
Good verbal and written communication skills. Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, Signal generators and traffic generators. Practical knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI). Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaborate effectively within a team. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5-7 years of relevant industry experience in validation, testing and hardware development. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field.
