Job summary

EyeROV (IROV TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED) is seeking an HSE Engineer to implement and sustain the Health, Safety & Environmental Management System across manufacturing, testing, and offshore/onshore ROV operations. You will ensure statutory compliance and lead safety initiatives at customer sites.

Responsibilities include policy development, audits, incident investigations, emergency drills and environmental compliance. Prior experience in electrical/EV manufacturing is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Eng with 4–6 years in electrical/EV/battery manufacturing.
• Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred; NEBOSH/IOSH certifications advantageous.
• Strong safety management, auditing and incident investigation capabilities.
• Offshore safety training (BOSIET) desirable for offshore deployments.

• Prepare project HSE plans and method statement reviews.
• Conduct HSE inspections, audits, toolbox talks and training.
• Monitor safe ROV launch/recovery, lifting, electrical and marine operations.
• Ensure PTW implementation and PPE compliance.
• Investigate incidents and implement CAPA.
• Maintain emergency preparedness and conduct drills.
• Manage environmental compliance and waste disposal.
• Coordinate client HSE meetings and audits.
• Conduct mock drills related to fire and safety across the company.
• Maintain HSE documentation and monthly reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety (preferred).
• NEBOSH IGC/IOSH preferred.
