Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Engineer – End User Computing in Chennai, India. The successful candidate will support customers in AWS, VMware, and Citrix environments, playing a key role in implementation and customer support.

Key responsibilities include design and deployment of AWS solutions, maintenance of VDI infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with security best practices. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in EUC solutions.
• Hands-on experience with VDI technologies.
• Experience with security frameworks like Zero Trust.

• Design and deploy AWS AppStream and Workspaces.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Horizon infrastructure.

The Role

Presidio is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer – End User Computing (EUC) who will be supporting and driving the delivery for customers across AWS, VMware, and Citrix environments. You will act as a key technical contributor, interact directly with customers for implementation and support, and provide documentation when needed.

Design & Implementation

• Design and deploy AWS AppStream, Workspaces Core with Citrix.
• Implement and support Omnissa Horizon VDI environments including Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, DEM, TrueSSO, Workspace ONE Access, and ThinApp.
• Work with Horizon Cloud Services across Azure and AWS.
• Implement and support Workspace ONE UEM for device management and compliance.
• Support integration of identity, access, and zero‑trust frameworks.
• Provide Tier 3 support.

Administration & Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot Horizon infrastructure.
• Manage Workspace ONE configurations and lifecycle.
• Ensure identity services for SSO, MFA, and conditional access.

Security & Compliance

• Apply security best practices for VDI and endpoints.
• Support compliance monitoring and enforcement.

Performance & Optimization

• Perform capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in EUC solutions.
• Hands‑on with Horizon, Citrix, AWS EUC.
• Experience with Workspace ONE.
• Strong AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO knowledge.
• Experience with certificates, load balancing, firewall rules.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, MFA, conditional access.
