Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited seeks a Senior Engineer-Dimensional Engineering to model and simulate electrical components using Simulink and develop plant/controller models for system and subsystem testing. The role emphasizes rigorous test design and execution following automotive standards.

You will convert system requirements into test cases, author HIL/SIL/MIL test scenarios, and maintain a lab ready for iterative validation.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in automotive with SIL/MIL/HIL preferred.
• BE/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering; MS/MTech is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Model and simulate electrical components in Simulink.
• Create plant models and controller models for system and subsystem level testing.
• Write test cases for HIL systems.
• Convert system requirements to test cases and execute them.
• Execute system and subsystem level test cases per automotive standards and processes.
• HIL/SIL/MIL preparation and lab maintenance and upgrades.

Senior Engineer-Dimensional Engineering Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Model and Simulate Electrical Components in Simulink.
• Create plant models and Controller models for System and subsystem level testing.
• To write Test Case for HIL System.
• Converting the System Requirements to Test Cases and execution of it.
• Execution of System level and sub-system level test cases.as per Automotive Standards and process
• HIL / SIL / MIL preparation Lab maintenance and up gradation

Experience 6-8 years' experience in Automotive with SIL/MIL/HIL is preferable.

Industry Preferred Qualifications

B.E / B. Tech Electrical and Electronics engineering; MS/MTech is added advantage
