Job Description

• Implement the FMEA, Control Plan and Work Instruction with reference to Central POMS requirement.
• Ensure Green tire quality with daily audit.
• Disposition of held up carcass and green tire.
• Ensure product and machine quality through daily POMS compliance audit.
• Raise quality alerts related to local and central issues.
• Provide support to Product Industrialisation department related to development of new articles.
• Ensure the exact scrap quantity posting in SAP and MVTS to find the exact scrap quantity.
• Communicate with team regarding any abnormalities.
• Follow up on action plans decided to reduce Scrap 3, Scrap 4 and Scrap 6.
• Conduct Cpk study of component as per process requirement.
• Monitor bladder life.
• Timely disposition for cure violation related tires.
• Ensure Cmk of new curing press.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in curing/uniformity or tire manufacturing (preferred).
