Kornferry seeks a Senior Engineer Cloud to lead Sterling B2B and Axway B2Bi efforts from Bengaluru. The role focuses on onboarding partners, configuring maps, and maintaining reliable B2B data flows across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience with Sterling B2B integrator administration, development and support.
• Expertise in Axway B2Bi and Sterling B2Bi in the retail domain.
• Experience with IBM Map Editor for EDI maps (EDI/XML/CSV).
• Knowledge of FTP/SFTP/https and secure file transfer protocols.
• Strong communication with business stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

Position Title: Senior Engineer Cloud - Axway B2Bi

Job Description:

What you will be doing

Sterling B2B Integrator development and support:

• EDI partner Onboarding on Ellison Group / Lightwell Framework
• Identify root causes / debugging of problems and troubleshoot, considering both long and short-term impact of proposed solutions and developed workable solutions
• Monitor failures and reprocess those as necessary
• Developing XML and EDI maps usingIBM Map editor
• Development of workflows on Sterling B2B integrator
• Coordinate with Business directly by conducting meetings
• Creating mapping specification documents for X12, UCS and VICS EDI standards
• New partner on boarding creating trading partner setups, envelopes andmailboxes etc.
• Sterling B2B integrator administration activities such as monitoring, Patching and Upgrade
• Onboard Managed file transfer data flows on Axway B2Bi
• Ensure that files are correctly transferred, processed, and delivered to the appropriate recipients without loss or corruption of data on Axway B2Bi and Sterling B2Bi

Main responsibilities:

What we are searching for:

• Retail and / or grocery industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Expert on Sterling B2Bi and EDI transactions used in the retail industry domain.
• Experience in consulting is a plus
• Knowledge of various integration patterns, data transfer protocols
• Knowledge of integration with Kafka, IBM MQ and other middleware

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Administration, development and support for Sterling B2B integrator
• Experience with Axway B2Bi
• Experience in Development of maps using IBM map editor (Standard, Positional, EDI, delimited, XML, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge using the IBM Map editor and B2Bi Business Process
• Should have Extensive experience in maps EDI, EDI to XML, Flat file to XML maps
• Should Have good exposure to Consumer product goods, retail and transportation transactions such as 850,856,810,204,214,990, 894, 895, 997 etc.
• Should have Experience with FTP, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, C:D and AS2 protocols for B2B communication.
• Should have Experience in creating mapping specification documents, Graphical Process Modeler and (GPM) and Business Process Modeling Language (BPML)
• Experience in new partner on boarding creating trading partner setups, envelopes and configuring ports & mailboxes etc.
• Experience with Unix / Linux shell commands for file manipulation, and batch scripts to automate manual file processing
• Strong file management skills such as zipping / unzipping, renaming files, and ensuring the proper integrity and formatting of transferred files.
• Solid understanding of file encryption and secure file transfer protocols to maintain data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud services
• Understanding of Network topologies in Cloud environments
• Familiarity with databases such such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Good communication skills
